Returns & Exchanges

We want every order to feel as good when it arrives as it did when you placed it. If something isn't right, we'll make it right: quickly, kindly, and without the runaround. 

Returns are on us. Always.

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, we offer you a return/exchange. Return shipping is completely free; we take the hit, so you don't have to.

You have 2 days from the day of delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges on any product that arrives damaged or defective. If something isn't right, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order; we move quickly once you do.
After the 2-day window, we're unable to process returns or exchanges, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
To raise a return or exchange, here's all you need to do —

1. Take a clear photo of the damaged product.
2. Record a short video showing the issue.
3. Send both to us at WHATSAPP CHAT BUTTON/EMAIL.
That's it. We'll take it from there.


A couple of things to keep in mind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure the product has not been damaged further after delivery and that you have kept the original packaging intact. We ask this so we can process your request as smoothly as possible.
Products that show signs of use or damage beyond what was reported at delivery may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note — sale items are final.
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises. If you have any questions about a sale item before you buy, just ask, we're always happy to help you make the right choice.

Changed your mind? Let us know before it ships.

We completely understand; things happen. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched, and we'll sort it out right away.
Once your order has shipped, we're unable to process a cancellation. If you're facing an issue after dispatch that isn't covered under our return policy, we'll be happy to offer you store credit; we want to make sure you always walk away with something to look forward to.
